10.4 FIT incorporates the 10 Components of Fitness in a fun and results-based program for all fitness levels. Push yourself to your limit 4 days per week with our fitness community to see some real results!!
Whatever your current fitness level, if you complete at least 4 of our workouts each week, you’ll build strength, strip body fat, increase your cardiovascular fitness and you’ll learn to use your body more efficiently.

Our 10.4 training methodology is crafted to help you burn calories, build lean muscle and change your body composition fast.

10.4 is a fantastic gym and is ideally located. Head trainer Josh has managed to create a gym that has a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all fitness levels. I've trained with Josh for almost 18 months now and his knowledge and expertise is unmatched, his driven and passionate about all his clients and gym members. Awesome trainer, awesome gym and as an added bonus, I've been able to make some new fitness friends along the way, I couldn't ask for anything better!! 🙂

I started with Josh over a year and half ago at his old spot in queen street, was very convenient especially as I work in the building. When he told his members that he was moving to his new gaff, little bit gutted but I knew I would follow him. He did gave all his members the option to either continue or to end the membership which of course I didn’t…..Now I don’t usually like to give compliments, especially when it’s based on banter.

Josh will literally takes his time with yourself to find out exactly what you want to get out of your training and pushes you to the max… some may say a slave driver 👀 His knowledge and understanding of the industry is awesome, any questions you have he’ll answer, if he doesn’t know he’ll take the time to find out for you.

The new gaff is 👌🏼 the environment he had created at his old spot has continued to his new place, you feel so welcomed and not feeling uncomfortable as I have definitely felt at other gyms. Would definitely recommend this spot for sure!
